Building on a successful career in the Life and Health insurance industry, Brent has combined his knowledge of insurance products and his passion for helping others to create Minter Benefit Advisors LLC.

Brent’s career began in 1996 selling life insurance which quickly shifted to a focus on health insurance specializing in Medicare. That specialization in Medicare allowed Brent to work as the Sales Director for a major Medicare Advantage company in South Carolina for over fifteen years. During that time under Brent’s leadership, he was able to help train and educate countless agents about all the various Medicare options to best serve their clients’ needs. He was also instrumental in helping develop plans and benefits that focus on both the healthcare and well-being needs of Medicare beneficiaries.

Prior to his time as Sales Director, Brent worked as an independent Life and Health insurance agent where he not only focused on Medicare products but also successfully sold Long Term Care, major medical, and various life insurance products.

Brent was raised to have a close relationship with his grandparents. His time spent with them throughout his childhood helped him develop a profound respect for senior adults and the value they offer younger generations. This value and respect are what drive Brent today to always provide the highest level of care when working with both clients and agents.
